| Abstract |
EPA issued PR Notice 91-7 requesting that registrants remove claims of heightened efficacy from the label because they are false or misleading. EPA set a deadline of December 30, 1992 for registrants to make such changes. To allow time to consider comments received on PR Notice 91-7, EPA is extending the compliance dates. EPA intends to issue an amendment to PR Notice 91-7 to provide further guidance on how to comply with that notice. |
