The notice announces that revised data compensation procedures under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) became effective on April 25, 1985. The notice explains the principal changes that became effective on that date. A copy of the revised rule and revised forms for use by applicants are attached as part of the notice. |
