Abstract
The purpose of this Index is to provide a legally cited listing of all the statutes with their legislative histories, executive orders, regulations, and guidelines and reports, that are currently applicable to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. It is a quick reference source as well as providing the citations to enable one to obtain the actual material. The Index is divided into seven major divisions: General, Air, Water, Solid waste, Pesticides, Radiation, and Noise. Each major division is subdivided into groupings of Statutes and legislative history, Executive orders, Regulations, and Guidelines and reports.
