| Abstract |
The Everett Harbor Urban Bay Action Program was developed to reduce toxic contamination in the Everett Harbor system. The Program (1) identifies existing areas of toxic contamination, (2) identifies known and potential sources of toxic contaminants, (3) establishes schedules for corrective actions to eliminate existing problems, and (4) identifies appropriate agencies for implementing corrective actions. Corrective actions may include both source controls and sediment cleanup. Source controls may be reduction of contaminant discharge or application of best management practices. |
