Abstract
This publication provides an updated status report on the number and type of oxygen-activated sludge facilities in operation, under construction, and being designed. It describes in detail the latest EPA supported oxygenation research and demonstration project, an evaluation of the RAD version of the open realtor system being carried out at the Metropolitan Denver, Colorado Sewage Treatment Plant. Several on-line oxygen wastewater treatment systems are summarized as to their design, operating, and performance.
