Abstract
The Clean Water Restoration Act of 1966 directed the Department of the Interior to make a study of pollution problems in the coastal and estuarine areas. The results of the public meeting in the Virgin Islands to obtain the views and opinions of public and private groups and individuals who have an interest in the use of the Virgin Island's estuarine and coastal waters are presented.
