| Abstract |
The report presents the conclusions and recommendations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board following a review of EPA's draft entitled 'National Estuary Program: Monitoring Guidance Document'. The Task Group found that the Monitoring Guidance was an important document for estauries but that it should allow more flexibility among the particular estuaries to select methods and develop approaches and data management systems for their particular needs. The Task Group also made several specific suggestions for changes to the appendices which contained information on monitoring methods. |
