| Abstract |
This report involved reviewing of the Massachusetts draft computerized emission analyzer specification and then developing a final equipment specification, as well as specifications for a quality assurance (QA) program, a recommended procurement schedule and a set of proposal evaluation criteria. An overview of the study objectives, methodology and results is provided. Also included are three technical appendices containing documentation prepared during the course of the study, final equipment specifications and recommended proposal evaluation procedures. |
