| Abstract |
The report outlines results of a project: to develop a set of quality assurance guidelines for EPA demonstration projects; to implement a short-term quality assurance program at the EPA wet limestone scrubber facility at the Shawnee steam/electric plant; and to modify the guidelines in light of the Shawnee operating experience. The set of quality assurance guidelines and detailed results of the Shawnee program are included in two other reports prepared during the project. |
