This document highlights the USEPAs National Tribal Operations Committee (NTOC) National Tribal Caucus (NTC) Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 compilation of general environmental resource needs for Indian Country. The NTC acknowledges that change has occurred and we are hopeful this summary will assist tribes and the Agency in better assessing tribal environmental concerns and conveying those concerns in a manner respectful of the formal government-to-government relationship. |
