| Abstract |
An intensive analysis of the effect on EPA's regulatory programs of complying with the impact statement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act was conducted. The results of this analysis are presented. Contents: Regulatory programs considered by the task force; operation of EPA regulatory programs; judicial interpretation of the impact statement requirement; effects of NEPA procedures on EPA programs; and courses of action available to EPA. |
