This final Environmental impact statement addresses proposed wastewater facilities for Blount County, Tennessee. Six wastewater management alternatives have evaluated with particular attention to water quality in the area's surface and groundwater resources and the impacts of projected population growth on the natural and human resources of the Blount County area. |
