Abstract
Public hearings were held on November 17, 1976 at Malibu Elementary School Cafeteria, and November 18, 1976 at the Agoura High School Auditorium on the Draft EIS/EIR Las Virgenes-Triunfo-Malibu-Topanga Areawide Facilities Plan. Verbal Testimony, given by many area citizens was received at the public hearings, and are summarized below. If a citizen or spokesperson for a group or government agency also submitted a written comment (either the EIS/EIR Questionnaire, a formal letter, or both), then all comments from that person or agency are grouped together, with the written comment following the verbal testimony. Responses are likewise grouped after the comment of each person or agency.
