| Abstract |
The study is a review of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the City of Los Angeles Wastewater Treatment Facilities Plan. The EIS/EIR summary and full report present the environmental, economic and social effects of wastewater facility planning decisions which will affect over 3.4 million persons living in the City of Los Angeles and contract cities. The main purpose of this document is to publicize the long range environmental and social effects of wastewater facility alternatives so that citizens and governmental agencies can comment and express their concerns and preferences. |
