Abstract
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has developed a series of models for calculating the risks associated with the land application of municipal sludge. These models were used in the development of the Proposed Technical Sludge Regulation, and have been collected together in a single, user friendly computer program. The manual contains a basic description of the risk assessment models, explains how to use the computer program, and documents the code, input, and output data for the program. The manual is organized in six chapters. The first chapter is a brief description of the risk assessment models as they are implemented by the program. The second chapter explains system requirements and how to install the program on appropriate systems. The third chapter explains how the program is structured and outlines options that can be invoked at different stages of execution. The fourth chapter steps through typical execution of the program, showing input screens and output screens that are encountered. The fifth chapter is the listing of the program code, and the sixth chapter is a listing of data files used by the program.
