Abstract |
The objective of the ETV AMS Center is to verify the performance characteristics of environmental monitoring technologies for air, water, and soil. This report provides results for the verification testing of the Abraxis 17 beta-estradiol (E2) microplate ELISA test kit. The following is a description of the test kit, based on information provided by the vendor. The 17 beta-estradiol (E2) microplate ELISA kit applies the principle of ELISA to determine 17 aeta-estradiol in water samples. The E2 microplate ELISA kit uses a colorimetric procedure to detect 17 aeta-estradiol. |
