Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for Operable Unit 3 at the Sherwood Medical site in DeLand, Florida. Based on the administrative record, EPA has determined that no further action is necessary to address sediment contamination in Lake Miller. However, the site Operation and Maintenance Plan shall be revised to incorporate the following additional monitoring requirements to ensure that no unacceptable exposures to risks posed by conditions at the site occur in the future: semiannual sampling of Lake Miller sediment and surface water; and limited fish tissue sampline of Lake Miller and adjoining lakes. |
