| Abstract |
This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the River Road Landfill Site ('the Site'), in the City of Hermitage, Pymatuning Township, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. The selected remedy for the Site is continuation of the operation and maintenance of the the Existing Treatment Scheme which already exists at the Site along with the addition of Institutional Controls. The Existing Treatment Scheme is comprised of: a Fence, a PADER Solid Waste Cap, a Ground Water Dam, a Ground Water/Leachate Collection System, and a Monitoring program. |
