| Abstract |
Many State and local agencies are developing or implementing programs to control emissions of toxic air pollutants. To successfully carry out these programs, in many cases, agency personnel must be familiar with a wide range of issues related to health, exposure, and risk assessment for toxic air pollutants. However, locating appropriate sources of information on these topics is not always an easy task. The directory has been prepared by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Air Risk Information Support Center (Air RISC) as a resource tool for state and local air pollution control agencies and EPA Regional Offices to identify useful sources of information regarding health, exposure, and risk assessments for toxic air pollutants. |
