| Abstract |
Standards of performance for the control of VOC emissions from magnetic tape manufacturing lines are being promulgated under authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. These standards apply to all new magnetic tape coating lines using at least 38 cubic meters of solvent per year (cu m/yr) in the production of magnetic tape and to all modified and reconstructed magnetic tape coating lines using at least 370 cu m/yr in the production of magnetic tape. The document contains a summary of the public comments on the proposed standards and EPA's responses, as well as summary economic and environmental impact statements. |
