Abstract
The Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 requires States with serious PM-10 nonattainment areas to submit a State Implementation Plan that provides for the implementation of best available control measures (BACM), including the application of best available control technology (BACT), to existing sources of PM-10. This document provides an example of an analytical methodology that could be used to complete a best available control technology analysis on an existing stationary source located in a PM-10 serious nonattainment area.
