Abstract
The Northwest Area Contingency Plan is the summation of policies and procedures for two Coast Guard Captain of the Port Zones, EPA Inland Region Ten, and for the States of Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. It provides federal, state, and local responders in the Pacific Northwest a single comprehensive response and planning document. The document has been reformatted along NIIMS ICS lines with the USCG Oil Spill Field Operations Guide (FOG) referenced throughout.
