The purpose of the manual is to provide basic training in the writing of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit. It is designed for new permit writers, but may also serve as a refresher for experienced permit writers. It will also be useful for anyone who has an interest in the NPDES permit program and how it operates. |
