| Abstract |
The agency has determined that additional guidance in the notice is necessary to help registrants conform to the agency's policy. The EPA believes that certain claims of heightened efficacy are false or misleading. The EPA considers pesticide products bearing such claims to be misbranded and therefore not consistent with the requirements of FIFRA. Accordingly, such claims should be removed from the label and labeling of pesticide products. |
