Abstract
The Implementation Planning Program is a collection of computer programs designed to assist the State governments in preparing their implementation plans for sulfur oxides and particulates. The report is designed to be used to assist the user in the installation, verification and maintenance of the component programs of the Implementation Planning Program. The component programs are as follows: Sour File Maintenance Program, Air Pollution Concentration Program, Source Contribution File merge program, Control Cost Program, Control Cost File Update Program, Emission Standards Program, Emission Standards File Update Program, Regional Strategies Program.
