| Abstract |
The report summarizes three water resources projects being carried out in Delaware. The first section presents basic economic concepts and suggests relationships to Delaware water management. Water and sewer services are interrelated. Costs, user benefits and pricing policies are briefly mentioned. The second section uses economic principles to evaluate existing policy and legal arrangements of the Delaware Division of Environmental Control. The third section reviews water management policies of the Delaware Public Service Commission. The structure, conduct and behavior of the Commission are examined. |
