Abstract
Consideration is given to present and estimated future water demands, water quality considerations, and general public health aspects of the Bureau of Reclamation's proposed Lyman Project in southwestern Wyoming. The Lyman Project area is an integral part of the Colorado River Basin. Three areas are studied in this report: (1) the Lyman Project area, which would receive irrigation water; (2) Blacks Fork Basin, used for the evaluation of the water quality aspects; and (3) Bridger Valley, used for the economic analysis. Water requirements and use are reviewed along with vector-borne disease and related problems.
