The Report describes the models framework, its applications and results of the first phase of development. The Liner Location Risk and Cost Analysis model estimates the chronic risk to human health from land disposal of hazardous wastes under different technology, location, and waste stream scenarios; it also estimates the cost of different designs and size of landfills and surface impoundments.
