Abstract
The purpose of the document is to explain the significant differences between the remedy selected in the Record of Decision (ROD) and the remedy as implemented at the Arsenic Trioxide Superfund Site (Site) in southeastern North Dakota. Based on new information obtained after the signing of the ROD, the NDSDHCL and EPA have expanded the scope and cost of the remedial action to include the town of Milnor.
