This module describes enforcement procedures and mechanisms and cites the statutory authorities; describes the two different types of formal enforcement (administrative and judicial); explains when and how EPA can enforce the RCRA regulations in authorized states; States the differences between enforcement at interim status and permitted facilities and describes enforcement at federal facilities; and describes some of the EPA compliance incentive and assistance policies. |
