| Abstract |
This report summarizes findings and views gathered during the past year on Section II of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act (Public Law 93-577). Individuals from various sectors of the government and private industry met in a series of workshops and a National hearing to review Federal energy conservation and solar energy programs. The discussion focused primarily on four key issues: energy policy analysis; program evaluation; DOE state and local assistance programs; research, development and application. |
