Abstract
The second edition of the 'Opportunities and Challenges' series contains a list of documents, computer data bases, and programs to help implement SARA Title III, also known as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA). The bibliography may be used to identify resources that can enhance knowledge of key planning and preparedness issues, improve relations with facilities and the public, and help get a head start on planning for the future.
