This Manual has been prepared to provide specific occupational information relative to job duties and worker traits with important applications both to wastewater system staffing and training. It identifies specific manpower requirements in terms of type and numbers which are needed to efficiently operate and maintain wastewater collection systems in cities from 150,000 to 500,000 in population. |
