Abstract
Standards of performance to control nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide emissions from new, reconstructed and modified stationary gas turbines in the U.S. are being proposed under section 111 of the Clean Air Act. This document contains information on the gas turbine industry and emission control technology, a discussion of the selected emission limitations and the supporting data and the alternatives which were considered, and analyses of the environmental and economic impacts of the proposed standards.
