Abstract |
Five male and female Fischer 344 rats were given either a single dermal application to provide a dose level of 2000, 2500 or 5000 mg/kg or a subcutaneous injection to provide a dose level of 2000 or 2500 mg/kg of the study compound dissolved in DMSO. Clinical observations indicate that at 5000 mg/kg dermal application whole body twitching was observed in the one surviving female rat and three of the five male rats were laterally recumbent with whol body twitching a the above dermal level. |
