Abstract
The report describes the status as of January 1954 of the comprehensive water pollution control programs in that portion of the drainage area contributory to Zone 1 of the Delaware River. It sets forth information about the ways the water resources of the area are used, the pollution entering those water resources and the resulting damages, the benefits which may result from pollution prevention and abatement, pollution prevention measures in effect, and those which appear to be needed. Its scope is limited to surface water pollution control.
