Abstract

The Delaware Estuary Comprehensive Study is concerned with developing a comprehensive program for the management of the water quality of the Estuary. The project will provide a set of techniques that will afford the opportunity to describe the variation of quality in the future, make rational and technically well-founded decisions on alternatives to control the quality and finally to accomplish these aims within a given economic environment.
