| Abstract |
This Record of Decision (ROD) documents the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) selection of the remedial action for the GCL Tie & Treating site (the Site). The selected remedy pertains to the last of two operable units for the Site and addresses the non-GCL property soils, contaminated groundwater, and surface-water sediments located at the GCL Site. The first operable unit addressed the contamination in the GCL-property soils. |
