Abstract | The monograph deals with the physical fundamentals of coalescence and precipitation of aerosols in the acoustic field and with the basic problems of practical use of these processes as applied to purification of industrial smoke, dust, and vapors. Brief consideration is given also to problems of evaporation, condensation, combustion, and degasification of vapor drops and desiccation of precipitated solids in the acoustical field. (Author) |
