Abstract
The Enforcement Docket is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's system for tracking civil judicial cases filed on the Agency's behalf by the Department of Justice. The Docket contains information on filed civil cases from 1972 to present. The iformation contained in the Docket can be grouped into Case Information, Facility Information and Defendant Information. Case Information contains data on a case such as case name, data filed, date concluded, laws/sections violated, and penalty information. Facility information contains data related to the facility including a complete address and EPA ID number. Finally, there are a list of all the defendants associated with the case.
