Abstract
The Quality Assurance (QA) Handbook is comprised of five volumes: Volume 1 (Principles), Volume II (Ambient Air Methods), Volume III (Stationary Source Methods), Volume IV (Meteorological Measurements) and Volume V (Precipitation Measurement Systems). This volume of the QA Handbook was prepared to provide the air monitoring community an overview of QA principles and practices and guidance on applying them to air monitoring measurement systems. This is likely the last version of this document published by the EPA Office of Research and Development.
