| Abstract |
This decision document represents the selected final remedial action for both source and groundwater control at the Refuse Hideaway Landfill located in the Town of Middleton. This final remedial action was developed in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), and to the extent practicable, the National Contingency Plan (NCP). The Summary of Remedial Alternatives identifies the information contained in the administrative record for the site upon which the selection of the remedial action is based. |
