Abstract
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (QAQPS) is developing National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) under Section 112 of the 1990 Clean Air Act for the refractory manufacturing industry provides information about the estimated costs and economic impacts of the proposed NESHAP. This section presents a summary of the costs of complying with the proposed NESHAP and the estimated economic impacts resulting from these costs.
