| Abstract |
The purpose of the study is to report to the Congress the results of the cost estimates for municipal needs as of December 1970. The objectives of the December survey were to produce the best possible estimate of needs, using the most current and accurate information available at that point and time. This volume of the report concerns itself with documentation of planned facilities for municipal waste handling as developed historically and most important through the December 1970 assessment. |
