| Abstract | The report describes the Value Determination Program, compares value engineering and value determination reviews and presents other State procedures to maximize use of available resources. Attachment 1 presents the major cost items that are reviewed by the State. Attachment 2 presents case studies that illustrate how the Value Determination Program achieved significant cost savings for six communities. |
