Abstract
The report is the result of the Phase I report being reviewed by the National Performance Review Implementation and Screening Committee. The Committee's goal was to sort through all the recommendations and prioritize them according to which recommendations would have the most positive overall impact. The Committee's recommendations for what the Agency should act on immediately is contained in the report. It provides background on development of EPA's internal reports and the White House recommendations for EPA. It discusses how these reports were evaluated to identify priorities for implementation. Finally, it identifies how EPA will implement recommendations.
