| Abstract | The bulletin was written and edited by members of the Resource Planning and Analysis Staff of the Resource Management Division in the Office of the Comptroller. It represents the second in an irregular series of informational updates on the Public-Private Partnerships initiative at EPA to provide technical assistance in the financial area for drinking water, wastewater treatment, and solid waste disposal facililities. |
