| Abstract |
This report concerns the inspection and evaluation of performance of particulate wet scrubbers installed at stationary sources to indentify and rectify operating conditions contributing to excessive emissions. It includes discussions of gas-atomized scrubbers, plate-type scrubbers, packed tower scrubbers, and spray tower scrubbers. The evaluation approach proposed utilizes comparisons of present performance parameters and conditions with site-specific performance established previously under a controlled set of conditions. |
