| Abstract |
The report on the construction of public sewage treatment plants for the calendar year 1953 supplements brings up to date the information contained in the 1952 construction report. It indicates the progress made by municipalities during 1953 in providing the sewage treatment facilities necessary to prevent pollution of water resources on which downstream water users depend.
