Abstract
This Technical Bulletin defines the requirements for the Design Report which must be submitted as a part of the Federal construction grants program. The purpose of the Design Report is to describe the works, systems, and components and the basis for their design, in sufficient detail to enable an independent review for compliance with the criteria of the Federal Guidelines for Design, Maintenance and Operation of Waste Water Treatment Facilities and the supplemental Technical Bulletins.
